During this class, you will learn how to make three different types of hearty soups packed with autumn flavors. Together, we will simmer a big pot of savory goodness and we will teach you how to freeze the leftovers for effortless weeknight meals. Chef is a saucier sauce maker, will show you have to make some classical French sauces to go with your steak, also will teach you the different cuts of meats and what to look for. A Class for Parents & Kids ages 6 & up In this fun-focused class, kids and their parents are welcome to attend the class, you will spend a morning or afternoon making and then eating, all kinds of pizza each group can make. You'll work together to make pizza dough and tomato sauce; then you'll use various toppings to construct your master piece and bake: Examples of what we can make White Pizza; Cheese Pizza; Vegetable Pizza; Sausage Pizza; Spinach and Nutella & Banana Pizza.
